The New Hope Community Development Institute, located in the heart of Seattle’s Central District, is a nonprofit incorporated in the State of Washington. We are committed to community wellbeing and a vibrant livelihood in Seattle’s Central District and surrounding areas, including designated regional opportunity zones. To this end, we aim to cultivate affordable housing opportunities, incubate Black-owned business development, and promote Black wealth-building, financial sustainability, and training opportunities.
